On Jan. 9 five Crestview High School students traveled to Fort Walton Beach to participate in the Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Oratorical and Poster Contest at the Strive for Perfection Center. These five students represented the school well.

Two of the students in the poster contests placed in the top three. Jeremy Matthew placed first with his poster, and Rachel Simon placed third with hers.

The two students in the oratorical portion of the contest, Matthew Arnold and Kyndole May also did extremely well and were wonderfully well spoken in their speeches.
