CHS students placed in Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation Art show

On April 27 and 28, the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation hosted the Okaloosa County Schools K-12 Art show. The art show was exhibited at the Fort Walton Fairgrounds. Many of the art works by students at Crestview High School were displayed at the show and a lot of those art pieces received 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place and honorable mentions. Those who placed received ribbons for their category and those who won “Best of Show” and the “Superlative Award” received cash prizes.

Also, congratulations to Savannah Clay for one of her 3D works earning the Superlative award! A superlative award is an award given by the judges who thought the piece was absolutely outstanding and well deserved the title.
