Bulldogs beat the Pumas

Friday, September 16th, Crestview High School played a Football game against the International School of Broward. The Crestview’s Bulldogs and Broward Pumas played an intense game. In the end Crestview’s Bulldog won 53-6.

Before the game Crestview’s Dance team performed. Kayla Crawford a dancer on Crestview High Schools dance team said “This year our team is smaller than previous years, but it brings us closer together as a family. Those girls I dance with every home game are my family. They came into my life when I decided to try out for dance team my freshman year at CHS. You don’t choose family, you realize your stuck with them and love them anyway.  I love this crazy dysfunctional family. It’s not perfect, but what family is? I love them for them, and I wouldn’t change a single thing about them.”

During Halftime everyone saw an amazing performance by Crestview’s Big Red Machine. They played three songs that had everyone on their feet.

Also during Halftime Crestview recognized some of their alumni, having the athletes and their families on the field, an announcer talked about their accomplishments at CHS and their accomplishments now. These athletes were inducted into the Crestview High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Congratulations Russell Hughes, Renee Polk, Blake Dean, Kenny Rogers and Chelsi Esinhart Chilcott!
