19-20 First Semester Exam Schedule

What’s the incentive for good attendence?

Students with five or less excused absences and zero unexcused absences are eligble and may choose to take their semester exams early.  Eligibilty is deteremined by each class period.

EXAMPLE:  If a student has 7 absences in first period but 4 in every other period, that student may choose to take exams for 2nd through 7th period early. The student will have to sit for the first period exam during the regularly scheduled exam time the following week. That student should also attend first period on Monday the following week when the class meet before the exam.

Click on Eligibilty-Marking Attendance to get a better understanding of the process.

Only Students who meet these requirements are allowed to take their exams early.   If you have qny questions or concern, please contact Mrs. Tew TewH@Okaloosaschools.com

CTE Survey

The Florida Department of Education has asked the parents of public middle and high school students participate in a survey regarding the unique opportunities available in Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs.  The short survey has been designed so that it should only take approximately 10 minutes.  The survey will take a look at the participation, experiences, and opinions on CTE programs offered throughout the district.  Parents can take the survey whether their child is in a CTE program or not.  Responses are completely confidential and no identifying information will be requested.
