School Starts

The first day of school for students is Monday, August 18th. School starts at 7:00am.

Schedule Change Information

Schedule changes can be requested by completing a blue form and dropping it off in Guidance between classes or before or after school. Blue forms must have a parent signature. The last day to request a schedule change is Friday, August 22nd.

Free and Reduced Lunch

Okaloosa County Schools Food Service now office online free and reduced lunch applications at http://www.applyforlunch.com.

Lunch Schedule

Students will have either A, B or C lunch. Their lunch is determined based on their 5th period teacher and the 2014-2015 Lunch Schedule.

School Insurance Information

The 2014 -2015 Student Accident Insurance Forms have not arrived. Insurance may be obtained over the phone at 1-8000-541-8256 or online at http://www.schoolinsuranceagency.com.

Locker Sales

Lockers are $5.00 per year. Lockers will be on sale before school and during lunches beginning Monday, August 18th.

Payment should be cash or check only. Checks must be written for the exact amount. Checks must also be written separately. For example, if you are also purchasing a Parking permits you must have separate checks for the Locker and Parking permits.

Parking Permits

Parking permits are required for students who will be parking on campus. Parking permits are $20.00. Parking permits will be on sale before or after school beginning Monday, August 18th. Students must show a valid Driver’s license, proof of Insurance and know their tag number prior to purchasing a Parking permit.

Payment should be cash or check only. Checks must be written for the exact amount. Checks must also be written separately. For example, if you are also purchasing a Locker you must have separate checks for the Parking permits and Locker.

Bus Schedule

The Bus Schedules for this year are available online at the Okaloosa Schools Website.

Grade Level Meetings

Grade Level Meetings will be on Wednesday, August 20th.

  • 9th grade – 2nd period
  • 10th grade - 6th period
  • 11th grade - 3rd period
  • 12th grade - 4th period

Students must go to their meeting based on credits earned, not by the number of years they have been enrolled at CHS.

Dress Code

Parents and students, as you are preparing for the upcoming school year please review the 2014-2015 Dress Code.

Drop Off / Pick Up Zone

Students should be dropped off and picked up at the front of the school only. Students should not be dropped off or picked up behind the school in the parking lot or on the bus ramp. The Drop Off / Pick Up Zones have changed. Click on the map below to view the new Drop Off / Pick Up Zones.

Immunization Requirements

Before attending school in Florida (kindergarten through 12th grade), each child must provide a Florida Certification of Immunization (Form DH 680). For more information please view the 2014-2015 Immunization Requirements.

Bulldog Spirit Shirts

The Cheerleaders will be selling Bulldog Spirit Shirts for $12 beginning on Monday, August 11th. See a cheerleader or contact Nikki Sweat at (850) 902-7050 for more information.

Little Dogs Cheer Clinic

The Little Dogs Cheer Clinic will be held September 13, 2014 from 9:00am to 12:00pm in the CHS gym. The girls will cheer at the game on September 19th against Navarre during the 2nd quarter.

Dog Pound Membership

The Dog Pound is now an official school organization! Membership is open to all students enrolled at Crestview High School upon payment of $20.00 dues for the year and receipt of a signed Dog Pound Membership form. Regular meetings will be held the first Monday of each month during the regular school year in room 363.

American LubeFast Discount

Any Crestview Bulldog or any friend or family member of a Crestview Bulldog can go to any of the 53 American LubeFast locations and get a 10% discount on any service. All you need to say is ‘I want the Crestview Bulldog Discount’! You will get a 10% discount on your service and the CHS Football team will receive $5.
